New Business Development Manager

With an eye on constant growth, our company is searching for a New Business Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. Additionally, the New Business Development Manager will make calls, set client meetings, present proposals, review accounts and oversee ongoing support to ensure the development of solid, long-term client relationships. Individuals must have a strong marketing background and be able think entrepreneurially, innovatively and strategically. A proven track record in a sales/marketing/business development in a web solution environment is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Find and develop business opportunities
  • Initiate outreach efforts to potential business partners
  • Identify contact information for decision makers at target companies using all available resources including the Internet, trade associations, networking opportunities and personal relationships
  • Present business plans and negotiate deal terms for new partnerships
  • Use existing contacts within the Midwest to generate new leads

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate an aptitude for developing business relationships
  • Regularly present new opportunities to leadership staff
  • Execute approved projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work with changing priorities and prioritize multiple tasks
